Will i get the back pay from the years i was unable to work if approved this time or will they automatically drop me if i go back to work? I don't know if i can work but would like to try and I am losing everything I own from not being able to work for 5 years . I am not supose to make over 850 a month but I will be making more than that if i work and what if i try it and after 3 months can't do it do I have to reapply? Or is there some kind of work ticket I can get to try to work until my hearing date? Jennifer
Because there is no practice area for either "disability" or "government benefits" I'm changing the practice area for you as close as I can get - to "Health Care" - in the hope that A) you will get a competent answer to your family law question from a lawyer who knows something about disability benefits and B) that by doing so I will have been helpful enough to you for you to check the "helpful" option on my answer.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
