Hi, I filed for divorce on June 21 2017 with the Complete Case. I checked my estatus which was UMAT BLOCKBUSTER PART DEFECT 11/27/17 ? I tried to call the clerk offices but no one is able to advise me on this case.
This means your packet was defective in some way and more information is needed or certain documents need to be revised. The Court usually either sends the packet back to you with instructions, or sends you a notice that you must pick the packet up at the clerk's office, revise the errors and re-submit.
It means your case was reviewed by the Court, and was found to be defective. Your attorney needs to go pick up the paperwork to fix it. If you don't have an attorney you need to pick it up. I strongly suggest that if you do not have an attorney, you hire one to fix the paperwork.
It sounds like the Clerk's Office rejected your filing for one of more reasons. I suggest that you go to the court and find out what changes they want.
