Slow down. It is quite possible that there will be no such RFE and a 3 day gap is unlikely to be a big deal. However, yes, lying is bad and could make you ineligible. In the future, I highly recommend you consult with and hire an attorney to assist you in such cases. It is worth the peace of mind.
