It may be possible to file a motion to reconsider, however, you need to take this to your employer's immigration attorney to review and submit if possible.
Attorney Robert Brown's (former INS Director, 1972-99) reply to your question is general in nature, and does not constitute legal advice as all facts are known to him. For specific advice or representation you should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law. Mr. Brown's reply on AVVO does not create an attorney/client relationship not constitute legal advice.
My valuable advice: do everything by the book such as if your educational foreign institution is not US accredited than you do not meet the requisite criteria for the initiated H1B.

Have to get a good evaluation or else you won’t meet the requirement and they’ll deny the application.
