HHow much jail time can I get for second driving on revoked?

It depends on what kind of driving revoked you're talking about. If it's 46.2-301, the most commonly charged type, it is a class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by UP TO 1 year in jail. It is extremely rare for someone on a second offense under this code section to get any significant jail time, but it also cannot be ruled out. A third offense comes with a mandatory 10 days. There are jurisdictions that will give far more than 10 days per prior conviction, and there are those jurisdictions that are rather lenient.
Either way, this is a charge you don't want to play around with. Find a lawyer your trust to represent you.
