Hi i will like to know how can i get a disposition record .right now im in illinois i move from los angeles ca for work reasons i was arrested in 2014 and is affecting me on my work right now ..so how can o get it from here with out going to california
You would need to contact the clerk's office in the courthouse where your case was heard. They may be able to send you one. Be prepared to pay costs, copying, certifying, mailing, if they will do it. If they will not do that you may have to have a friend or loved on go to the courthouse. CA should have an online case search option. Best of luck.
