You cannot transfer a criminal case from one state to another. If you look at the Complaint it reads "State of Georgia vs. John Doe" because the Plaintiff is the state. Further, the crime you are charged with is based on the law in Georgia not in another state. So, you are stuck in Georgia.
Under certain circumstances you may be able to get the case transferred to another county but even that is very rare and not usual in a DUI type charge.
