I meet with accident on march 2016 at that time i am on my F1 visa, right now i am on my opt, i have a police report for that accident too and it completely states the accident is not my fault it’s completely wrong by the opposite person. The accident is horrible but no one got injured. When i am driving car everyday i am scared because of that accident, can i apply greencard with this reason. Can someone please tell me. Thank you.
No, you cannot apply for a green card as a consequence of your having been the victim of a roadside accident at which you were not the party at fault.
