Hello, I am filling out I-485. I am asylee and my wife was also granted asylee(we both on one case). There is a field - 'Applying with you?' on the I-485. Should I put 'Yes' or 'No' there? I am filling separate I-485 for her as well.
Good question. It really doesn't matter what you put into that box. Technically she's not 'filing with you' as part of a family 'package'. But, to be safe, why not put yes? It won't hurt.

Technically, you are each filing separate applications for adjustment if status. This is not a situation where a family package is being filed where one apucabt's is the principal applicant. However, it will not hurt if you check "yes" and enter your wife's name.
