I came to USA 4 years ago in a student visa , I went to school for a semester and by the end of the next semester I applied for asylum, The asylum officer referred my case to the court which is at the end of this year , after that I got my EAD and SSN . but I got a job opportunity in middle east to work for USA Military ( which is not in my home country ) is it safe for me to travel and will they let me in if I had a travel document ?
Please let me know !!!
Your plans are workable. However you must make sure to preserve your defensive asylum case so that you are not considered to have abandoned it when you leave the USA. I strongly suggest you work with an experienced immigration attorney.
They might not let you back in ...........................................................period.
