Well, MY I94 WAS EXPIRED ON SEP 2017 AND MY EXTENSION OF STAY WAS DENIED ON 6 JUNE 2018 BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A HARD COPY OF THE DENIAL NOTICE UNTIL 15 JUNE 2018. MY SPOUSE, KID AND I DEPARTED THE UNITED STATES ON 25 JUNE 2018.
WHAT WOULD BE THE ANSWER OF THIS QUESTIONS ? DO YOU THINK IT WILL CREATE A PROBLEM ON NEXT STAMPING AS I HAVE APPROVED PETITION IN CONSULAR PROCESSING ?
