I have called the USCIS and they said they have no idea about my RFE. Is there a way i can find out. I have not received any notice. it was mailed to me on May 20th but till date have not received it.
Hi, it is BEST to get in touch with an immigration attorney when you receive an RFE. It is a complicated process. USCIS does not give you a satisfactory answer for this type of situation.
Attorney Jae is a history professor and immigration attorney with an EB1/NIW specialty. This answer does not constitute attorney-client relationship and is for information only.
you will need to contact your company counsel who filed the H-1 as he or she will receive a copy of the RFE.
Calling the Customer Service or scheduling infopass are the only two ways. Hiring an immigration lawyer is yet another.
