Has anyone ever had a check put in you and your clients name bounce from the issuing Bank due to the lack of my (the clients) endorsement? My lawyer put the checks in his account but is afraid it will bounce on the issuing banks end.
If a check is not endorsed on the back, the bank can return it. But not sure I understand your question. The check wouldn't bounce, it would simply not be credited to the account until properly endorsed. You might want to explain the facts a little clearer.
