The RMC is not the time to fight, so you should not be upset with your attorney for not being aggressive enough today. As for the offer, I don't know if your attorney gave you good advice or not, but you should generally place great weight with what your attorney tells you. If you don't trust your attorney, you should probably re-examine why you hired the attorney and also examine whether you would trust any attorney. You should probably have discussed your expectations with your attorney before today so you could be on the same page. Also, the fact that your spouse is disabled does not help your spousal maintenance case, but there are many factors that the judge must consider.
