I have arrest record for the theft of my own car from towing company. This was due to miscommunication and case was dismissed by superior and municipal court both. no fine no guilt plea no community service.
Now if i travel and enter Airport, will CBP make it impossible for me to enter??
Maybe, but probably not if the case was dismissed. That being said, don't be surprised if your detained and questioned about it. I would have a consultation with an immigration/criminal lawyer to determine what your best options are to make the process as easy as possible and least likely to create a situation.
