I am planning to attend my h1b stamping next month and unlucky i had a arrest case for solicitation of prostitute. I paid fine of 250 dollars and after 6 months my case was sealed and my criminal attorney helped in findings that my case will be covered under petty offense exception. I am carrying all documents related to case and supporting documents from lawyer as well. My concern is what kind of questions can i expect and how do i answer it and do i need to present the documents before even he could ask for. Also is there a chance of getting 221g and any idea how long could be the delay.
You need to talk to the immigration attorney working for the employer. They should take time to prepare for the interview including answering all these questions you ask here and more.
