the online status says its mailed on 26th March but the employer hasn't received anything yet.
What can we do to find out? USCIS is not giving any information to me but if my employer calls them, will it help? Will they give more information?
It has only been a week but I generally expect to receive the notices within 1 week. Your employer or their attorney can check on it and have it sent again if they have not yet received the notice. Your employer's immigration attorney will know how to handle this professionally.
Either have the attorney of record (signed G-28) or employer contact USCIS.

1. It is not uncommon for RFEs to take this long to be received.
2. Your employer or your employer's immigration attorney can contact USCIS
