USCIS website shows my current H1B petition is revoked my current employer in Nov 2016. But I am still working for the same employer in USA and my managers or client is unaware of this withdrawal. Not sure if this happened by mistake.
I did H1B company for another company in July 2016 but I never joined there. USCIS shows this as an approved petition.
Currently my current employer is checking what went wrong from their side.
What all my options now if its a mistake from my current employer?
first you must find out if there was an inadvertent withdrawal. Depending upon the reason your attorney can advise.
