Hi, My H1b petition is appoved but visa not stamped. The project is gone due to some internal delay. But I managed to a new project with new client.
Can I go for stamping after applying ammendment. What will be chances of getting the visa as my petition was filed for different client and I am for stamping for different.
Having visas to work at a 'client' site are always problems.
Talk to an attorney.
