Only the petitioner - employer can request a status update. You should have the attorney who assisted the company or a company representative to inquire with USCIS.
Thanks you so much for your response.
Can you pleae let me know would it be a good decision to wait more or should i request my employer to raise a service request ?
I am waiting since almost more than 3 mnths now and totally confused. I would appreciate your help.
It depends on the information that was requested how long it takes the Service to respond. Following up won't hurt. Have them call 1-800-375-5283 with the case number and request a status up-date. Good luck.
I agree with my colleague. Have the attorney for the company do a status request.
