If there is a CPS case that gave guardianship to your mom and you are not getting any information from the CPS workers then you need to go to the court that issued the order and ask them to reopen the case to address the visitation issue. Usually you can do this by writing a letter to the court, but I don't know if that is how you do it in your state. I strongly suggest you get an attorney to help you with this process.
