I got married to us citizen and paperwork was received by USCIS on 8 January 2019, biometrics came fast but since than nothing. No more mail nothing.
Normally I saw processing time is 3 month but did that changed this year to one year ? Or more ?
I have no idea what 'normally' data you've been looking at. It takes 3-4 months from when you file to get a TEMPORARY work permit ... the interview probably won't happen until 6-12 months later.
