I would like to know if an F1 student in status in the US, after winning the green card lottery can apply for a work permit along with I-485.
If you are in valid status, you should be able to apply for a work permit along with the I-485. But the lottery applications are complicated so you should hire counsel to advise and assist you.
Yes you can get an EAD. File I-765 at the same time.
BUT, make sure your lottery 'number' is current.
