The father is in prison, do his parents have any rights to see the child? They are known to spread lies about the mother such as “she’s in trouble with the law”; etc... none of true and saying that the grandchild would be in their custody soon
Grandparents do have the ability to file a family court action for visitation, but if they do, you can show the court that it is not in your child's best interest that they have visitation (or unsupervised visitation).
