Got into an accident with a suspended license in the state of Florida. Do I have to go to court? Will my insurance cover it?

Unless you tell them your insurance won't know about the suspension. Your insurance would cover it anyway, but why make a big deal with them.
You may not have to report the accident to the DMV if you both exchanged information. You can call DMV and ask (and again, no need to volunteer that you have a suspension). However, you should be aware if you keep driving on the suspension and are ticketed, your suspension will be increased and you may have other penalties. You should consult someone who handles suspensions to see if yours can be lifted.
