Ok so I get arrested Oct 6 and bond out that day. So December come I'm still worried about my court date so call the bonds people they don't have one I call the DA they say the same thing. So mid Jan I try again bonds say nothin DA Nothin so notice my address is wrong. So DA say I have to come in too change address so I go in on jan18th to change my address then still wait then now I have a FTA on an court date for Feb 2nd which I never received
You should get notice of any court dates, but the DA's office is only required to send notice to the address on file. If you didn't change it in time, or that change did not get communicated to the rest of the office, you are considered still "on notice." You will need an attorney, as you will need to get this case in front of a judge ASAP to address either lifting the warrant or resolving the case.
