Good day, I was employed November 23rd 2018, and it was writing on my offer letter that I will get $300 bonus and $1 raise after my 90 days, and up till now I haven't get anything yet, and I tried my times to contact them and still not fulfill the promise, is this case worth to sue, or I should just forget about. 90 days from November 23, 2018 is February 21, 2019. Therefore, you have not hit the 90 days yet so you would not be entitled to the $300 bonus or the $1 raise because it has not been 90 days yet.

Report unpaid wages to the Texas Workforce Commission and provide them your proof and that you accepted this offer and performed the work. If that doesn’t work, you can sue for breach of contract in small claims court but it’s harder to collect. Not enough $ to justify paying a lawyer.
