I'm not sure what your question is. It appears your IMVU account was disabled. You are totally at the mercy of their terms of service; those are the rights you waive to use their service. If you did something that might have breached the terms of service, then you can expect to have the account disabled. There may be an appeals process. There is also probably an arbitration clause in the terms of service that keeps you out of court and into a private arbitration program.
