I am US Citizen. I married a guy and brought him in USA from Bangladesh. The next day after got his Green card he abandoned me and my (our) 2.5 years old child. later I found out that he been a extra marital relationship when we were married and he was in Bangladesh (there are a small details. when I got pregnant he used to physically abuse me and forced me to abort the kid. but I thought after becoming a father he will change. But he didn't. then one morning I ran away from his home in Bangladesh and went to US Embassy and asked them to collect our (my and my baby's) passport that we can come back to USA (as he was hiding out passport somewhere) then we came in USA and after that he apologized to me and my family and that's why we went back to him and then he faced the interview and got his immigration visa. then we came in USA and he showed his real face after got Green card) I emailed the immigration regarding hid fraud marriage and send them the pictures of my bruised face. I talked to the lawyer and also report to dfac and opened a case and social worker working on it. I also divorced him. now my ques is where can I notify mu marital status change? and also other suggestions?
A lot depends on whether or not he got a conditional (2 year) or a 'full' greencard (10 years).
If it was a 10 year card, you really can't do much of anything more than you have already done.
