It has been a month since I left the company. I gave them my two weeks notice, and my employer called me and said that he accepts the notice but they dont need it. He also stated that I did not have to return any items etc. I thought it would be the right thing to do to give them back their items by mailing it to them. while working for this company I got paid bi weekly through direct deposit, I dont know if that makes any difference.
I have called, emailed, nearly anything I can do to get a hold of them and they will not mail me my check. It has been a little over a month now and havent received anything and they said that I would need to go into the office to pick it up.
Is this legal??
