I got here from Germany over a month ago to visit my boyfriend. Well he ended up proposing to me and we got married 2 days ago. Now I am trying to fill out the 485 form and I'm stuck at part 2. What do I have to check mark? Thanks in advance.
The road to Marriage-based based "green card" is is perilous and full of traps for the unwary. If you have questions about such a basic question, I can guarantee you will have any other questions and will make crucial tactical mistakes along the way. It is in your best interest to work with an experienced attorney before it's too late.

The answer above is only general in nature cannot be construed as legal advice, given that not enough facts are known. It is your responsibility to retain a lawyer to analyze the facts specific to your particular situation in order to give you specific advice. Specific answers will require cognizance of all pertinent facts about your case. Any answers offered on Avvo are of a general nature only, and are not meant to create an attorney-client relationship.
It is unfortunate this was all done without legal counsel. I know that sounds like lawyers trying to get business but marriage within 60 days of entry is a violation of the doctrine of preconceived intent or in basic terms, visa fraud. I highly suggest you consult with a Board Certified immigration attorney before things get much worse
