After the 3.850 Evidentiary Hearing the judge said he had 90 days to rule. It's now been 92 days and we still haven't gotten a ruling...
The judge's statement that he will rule in 90 days is likely of no consequence and was more or less an estimate of time. There is no rule for how long a judge can take to issue his order. Patience. It will come... I recently had a judge promise an order in November; he did not file it until April.
