My wife and I are divorcing. It's a "friendly" divorce, and there are zero disputes about money, and no children are involved. So far, we've filed all of the following forms up to this point. So, the next ones are, according to the Sacramento County Court: FL-165 Request to Enter Default, FL-170 Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution, FL-180 Judgment, FL-190 Notice of Entry of Judgment. But, I'm wondering how many copies I need to send for the FL-144? Also, is there either a way to pick the final resolution date or is that up to the court? We're wondering, because of tax issues. Thanks!
You can pick a date later than 6 months after the court acquired jurisdiction (date of service or date a response was filed.)
