I was driving without supervision on my learning permit I'm trying to get my provisional license what should I do
You should request a trial (not a waiver hearing) within 30 days of the ticket and go to court. If the police officer does not appear, you will be acquitted. If the police officer appears and you are convicted, the judge can offer probation before judgment which avoids the points. However, a conviction or PBJ will start the 9 month waiting period to get your license over again.
If you eligible to get your license before your trial date, you should do so and the MVA will not take it back even if you are convicted or receive a PBJ.
