I am helping a widow who had lost her property from a Constable Tav Sale in Collin County , Texas. She is a woman by herself with limited funds ,or she would not have lost the property in a Tax sale.
It isn’t clear what your question is. Is there a particular element of the form (I assume provided by the relevant court) you are having difficulty with? Was there a probate or other related proceeding initiated?
I moved your question from probate to foreclosure as I think that's what you're asking about. The widow can seek help from the attorneys at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in McKinney.
