I am a US Citizen and filed the above forms. However, I did not include the biometric form for my wife since I thought the application had to be approved first. The amounts are correct, $535 and $1,140. Did I have to include the biometric fee for my wife? Do we need to include the biometric form at this time? is this form needed, for my wife only?
