Help me, please
I definitely suggest you speak to an attorney in your area who you can give specific facts about your case to, as your question doesn't shed much information for anyone to really help. A local attorney can help you figure out what has happened with your case whether the case was filed so long ago and an order was put in place but you just haven't received any money from who the order is against, in which case an attorney can help you enforce the order. Or If your initial filing just got lost in the system, an attorney can help you re-file.
Could you provide additional information?

You really need to speak with an attorney. It seems like you case might have been lost in the system.
The answering of this question is just friendly advice, and in no way legal advice, nor create an attorney-client relationship. For legal advise you should contact an attorney with detailed information about your situation, so he or she can better assist you. - Scott Weiss, Esq. www.weinerweiss.com
