I was stopped for no light on a bike.(no crime) my first response was affirming that body cam was recording, yes. very next statement,I do not wish to contract w u nor do I consent to any contract or jurisdiction. So by me not providing i.d(no crime) I'm refusing...refusal. so I got off my bike, knowing what's about to happen for protecting my rights & lay face down on the sidewalk. Cuffed & tossed in the wagon..I had some OTC cold medicine field test positive for cocaine. I 100% know without a Dought what he tested was not cocaine. So booked I go,bond $1500,asked judge at first appearance for motion to dismiss, denied. Bond reduction of r.o.r on good faith, granted. Would like to proceed pro se but not sure exact due process. Not asking for legal advice but for entertainment or educational purposes.... Next step should be. I can't even get lab results from fdle after request confirmed & docket#secured...wtf
Your "sovereign citizen" blather will not get you any points in court. Get a public defender if you can't afford a lawyer. Or resign yourself to lose everything.

Sorry but for someone that "dindoo nuffin" you seem HYPER combative with law enforcement armed with a pile of jail house lawyered junk law - right on down to the "sovereign citizen" spiel. Now if you have NEVER been charged with or convicted of a drug crime in the past, your argument "might" have some legs and you can address this with your PD or private lawyer of your choice. On the other hand, I'll be a bettin man that you have a prior drug abuse/criminal history - hence the jail house lawyering - and if so, you are likely barking up the wrong tree with the "dindoo nuffin" and "sovereign citizen" defenses. That you continue the game playing trying to "work the system" with things like this ""Not asking for legal advice but for entertainment or educational purposes.." - which is an obvious farce, is not going to helpful to you in addressing such an issue.
