Father/Trustee Breach of Fiduciary Duty/Impartiality?

An attorney will need to be able to review the trust document to determine what rights you have, if any. I gather from the context of your message that your father is the named trustee, and has used his discretion to fund your sisters' homes. He may or may not have the authority to do that. As far as your inheriting his home, again it depends on what the trust provides, and also whether he even owns the home at his death. I don't know whether your father would provide you with a copy of the trust instrument, but that would be the place to start, and would be only fair if you are in fact a beneficiary.
