Need to know if I'm entitled to any compensation
We'd need a ton more information to give you an idea.
Were you exposed at work?
Have you experienced health problems as a result?
Has a doctor opined that the illness is caused by the exposure?
This answer posted on Avvo is for informational and educational purposes only. There is no attorney-client relationship created or formed and you should not rely on this as legal advice. The suggestion is made that if you wish to protect your rights, you consult with an attorney immediately.
Not enough information to figure this one out.. You may need to meet with a lawyer to analyze this one
I would have to agree, with my esteemed colleagues you really haven't told us much about your exposure and what you were exposed to for a start. You need to sit down with an experience competent workers compensation attorney to see what if any clause you have to file a workers compensation claim.
No attorney client relationship has been formed until you sign a representation agreement.
