Hello I received a civil violation from a MTA officer because I could not find my receipt on the select bus in Brooklyn. The ticket was paid off. I now have a naturalization interview coming up and need to know if this ticket should be disclosed, Since this a civil violation and not criminal. I'm appying for citizenship based on the 3 year rule of being in continuous marriage to a U.S. Citizen.
