F1 visas has to be used within 90 days before the course starts or 90 days before the earliest date you can enter the us? Cuz the consular told me that a F1 visa has to be used within 90 days of its issuance. My visa was issued on December 6, 2017 and my course starts on March 16. Which means the course starts 98 days after the visa was issued not exactly 90 days. But the earliest date I can enter the US is February 17 which means I will enter the US within 90 days. Am I good to go or I may have any trouble in the airport?
That is a good plan ... keep in touch with your DSO.
