Hi sir /mam
Right now iam In f1 status and i got married recently with us citizen but in my past record i have a petilarciny which is filed in Virginia fairfax so what are my possibilities and my solutions to get my greencard dream smoothly.
Depending on the conviction record, it could be a petty offense, or it may not be an offense with immigration consequences. Or if may require you to file for a waiver of grounds of inadmissibility. Your chances depend on the facts and evidence unique to your case.
The above is intended only as general information, and does not constitute legal advice. You must speak with an attorney to discuss your individual case.
On a petit larceny conviction you will in all likelihood be able to successfully claim the one-time petty theft conviction exception to both inadmissibility and removability, however, as always the "devil is in the details" and "documents." Those need to be closely analyzed first.

You will be asked on your green card application whether you have a criminal record. Make sure you list the petit larceny. An immigration attorney will help you fill out the correct waiver, with explanation, etc.
Some crimes that are minor in criminal court are treated more severely in the immigration system. A review of your case will help you understand where you fall.
