I entered USA on B2 visa. They gave me one month stay. I applied form I-539 to extend it 3months more. So, almost the 4months passed and no reply till now. I want to apply for another 3months extention.
Is it possible and lawful to send another form I-539 for extending another 3months as long as I have not received yet any reply?
Thank you and I appreciate
You may be able to extend again but remember you must prove your intention to go home after the visit and extensions argue against that intent. Good luck.
I don't believe it is a good idea to apply since you asked for 3 months, USCIS, if they approve, will approve for 3 months and you will be considered out of status for that one additional month and in all likeness get a denial.
