Make sure to inform the court regarding the removal of the children from the state, because at the outset of every family law case involving children, there are Automatic Temporary Restraining Orders in place. Take a quick look at the Summons filed in your case.
You may need to have an emergency court hearing on Tuesday morning at 8:30 am. They are called ex parte hearings. At that hearing you need to tell the judge what you described above and fill out various forms to make sure that the judge can hear your case. Good luck!
