I was put on child support and asked for a DNA test because i found out she was messing around with her step dad i was told no to getting a DNA test. how do i go about this?
I can only assume (hope) you were given a visitation schedule when child support was ordered. If that is the case, simply take the child to a qualified genetic testing lab in your area and have the test done. If you do not have access to the child, you need to seek a family law attorney about getting the court to order access or at least have the mother present the child to a lag for a dna sample (you did not say who told you "no"). If the child is older than 4 years, you may have some problems no matter what a test shows.
