I have asked several times to see my pay stub, the hours I have written down for myself do not match what is being direct deposited in my account. The company was shady. I signed an agreement that they could keep 500.00 of my last paycheck should i not stay for 920 days for "training", they never provided me with training, the place was a slum. I still have hours to be paid, and my first check was "held back" and never paid to me. What do I do? I feel they are going to DR my pay stubs and they owe me money. I have kept record of my hours worked
You should contact the ND Department of Labor, it provides a service to employees to recover unpaid wages at no cost to the employee.
