It is my first time, I am an immigrant and have been in the US for more than 6 years and this is my first violation. I had filled out an application for my citizenship last june 02,2012... I am thinking twice if I should submit the application or not, Im afraid to get deny or deported.. I dont know what will happen to me. what are the effects of this regarding my immigration status?
You need to retain an experienced immigration lawyer, whether myself or one of my colleagues, to review all the facts, advise you, and handle the case. The offense will need to be disclosed.
