I just wanted to know what is the eligibility criteria for applying green card in EB1. Just to let you know I worked in offshore(india) as an Project Lead for 2.5 years and 6 month as manager before moving to US on L1B Visa. I am in US for last 1 year and 4 months and working as manager. Am I eligible for EB1
It is possible that you would qualify as a multinational manager in this context. In such a circumstance, it may make sense to file for a change to L-1A first and if that is approved file the EB-1 immigrant petition.
The basic criteria can be found at http://www.uscis.gov/working-united-states/permanent-workers/employment-based-immigration-first-preference-eb-1 under " Multinational manager or executive". You should consult an experienced attorney to discuss the details.
Similar but not quite the same with l1a. Talk to the employer,s lawyer.

You may qualify as an EB1.3 multinational manager. You should consult with an immigration attorney about the particulars of your case.
Mr. Smith is an attorney with over 25 years of immigration experience with complex immigration issues and successful filings. His response to your question is general in nature, as not all the facts are known to him. You should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law to review all the facts in your case in order to receive advice specific to your case. Mr. Smith's statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship.
Yes, you seem to be eligible. However a lot depends on other numerous factors, more particularly, relating to the petitioning company.
This response is general in nature and cannot be construed as legal advice, given that not enough facts are known.
