There is a lot more information that would be needed to make an accurate recommendation. However, an L-1A would usually be the best option, especially if you are interested in eventually obtaining a green card for yourself and or family. The L-1A wold also be an easier and quicker case to get approved, assuming both companies meet the legal requirements. Also, if necessary, you can probably change your status from B-2 to L-1A from within the U.S. on this trip. The first step would be to receive petition approval and then to eventually obtain an L-1A visa. You should schedule a Consultation with an immigration lawyer to discuss the legal requirements and filing procedures. Feel free to browse my Law Firm's website, which has more information on the L-1A nonimmigrant classification. Best wishes!
More information is necessary, as each visa has completely different requirements. The L-1 will require for you to be a manager or executive of a foreign company who wants to transfer you to the United States. You would need to you that you have worked at least one of the last 3 years at the foreign company, and are coming to the United States in a capacity as executive or manager to direct the company. The E-2 requires a substantial investment in the United States, and that you are from a country that has a treaty with the United States. You definitely should meet with an attorney in person to evaluate which option is better suitable for you.

Talk to an attorney ... I tend to lean toward the L-1A if you have aspirations of getting a greencard.

Turkey is a Treaty country for E-1 & E-2 visas. Either the L-1 or the E visa may work for you. Both require, if you are applying as an owner to own at least 50 percent of the company. Much more infirmation from you is needed for a better assessment if your case. Getting an E-visa is faster thaN getting an L-1. Uf your ultímate goal is to Fer a Green card, the L visa May be your Best option, but IT Will take longer. There is a way to start with the E-visa and later go for the L-1. Consult an experienced immigration attorney to explore all available options applicable to you as per your own unique circumstances.
